Welcome to my webpage!

As of May 2022, I am a Research Fellow with the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University and an affiliate of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

I completed my Ph.D. in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

My research explores topics including social policy and inequalities, subnational politics, political representation, interest groups, and LGBTQ+ politics.

Recent Work

Currently, I have coauthored work published in The Forum, the Journal of Health Politics, Policy, & Law, and Politics & Gender. I also have a book chapter published in the recent iteration of Interest Group Politics.

My dissertation research has been supported by the Williams Institute at the UCLA School of Law as part of their LGBTQ & Racial Justice grant program and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Graduate School.

I have presented work, both solo-authored and co-authored at conferences including APSA, SPSA, the State Politics and Policy Conference, and the APPAM.
